Your Coach
Mark Clement is a dreamer who knows how to get things done. In his almost 40 year career he has worked in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, has served on multiple church staffs from plants to mega churches, and has been a successful entrepreneur. He served three years as the Executive Vice President of the Highlands College Leadership Institute and is currently the CEO of Roar Agency, a creative and marketing firm in Birmingham, AL. Mark is a gifted coach who has led hundreds of dreamers through a proven process from dream - to do - to done!

We know from years of experience what resources and coaching are needed in the first year of a startup regardless of what type of organization it is. The open Q&A is also a highlight for most every participant as many of them are experiencing the same sets of challenges.

Group coaching is a tremendous solution for those who need to get the most value for the least amount of investment. In addition to the monthly group calls, one-off 1:1 sessions can be purchased as needed for more specific coaching, strategy development, and problem solving.

The average size of a coaching group is usually somewhere between 15 and 20 participants, with about 75% attending the group calls live. We cap the size of our groups at 25.

No judgement on those things, just not the kind of motivation we feel called to work with. But for someone who believes that God is leading them towards something bigger than themselves that will benefit the Kingdom, we might be a great fit.
